  1. Connect/Pair your device to your Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth/AirPlay speaker/TV.
  2. Go to the game connection player page and press the play button.
  3. Then hit "Sync TV".
  4. After audio begins, let the audio stream play for at least 60 seconds to allow for buffering. Then, adjust the audio delay using the plus/minus buttons to sync your TV with the real-time broadcast.
  5. To determine the delay on your TV, listen to the real-time broadcast. Typical delays of the TV broadcast can be 25 seconds or more. Just focus on the start of a play from the audio broadcast and then count or use the stopwatch in your device to see how many seconds your TV video is behind the audio you are listening to. Then, just use the plus/minus buttons to sync your audio with the video.
  6. You will see that you can adjust the delay by a second, 5 seconds, 10 seconds or 30 seconds at a time.

If for any reason you lose your connection, just tap to connect and the delay will go back to zero. Then adjust again as explained in #5.

You may have a poor internet connection or be experiencing a brief disruption.

Connect to wifi if that's available to you, or move to an area with better signal if you're using 4G/5G cellular data.

Wifi and cellular data can get "congested" when there's a lot of people around which degrades your internet service.

Android and iOS may stop a SportsBug stream when the player goes into the "background", or another app starts playing audio.

Android is particularly aggressive about this especially when you have Energy Saver / Battery Saver / Power Saver modes enabled. Go into your Android settings to turn off saver modes for the device, and switch the app you're using to listen to a stream into "unrestricted" battery mode. Click here to view a walkthrough.

In most cases, simply tapping the "Allow access to your location" button will open a popup asking for your permission to share your location with SportsBug - simply tap Allow to proceed.

However if you this popup doesn't appear, you might have Location Services disabled or the stream player app doesn't have permission to request your location. Go into your Settings app to resolve the issue or click here to view a walkthrough for iOS.
